This interactive assembly program focuses on the concepts of Physical Fitness and Character.  Scream and Shout – Kidz with Character uses fun music and easy to follow choreography that will get boys, girls, and teachers out of their chairs, clapping their hands and stomping their feet!  Important lessons about attitude and character-building are emphasized throughout the program with a little magic, humor, and a whole lot of fun!

Students are encouraged to use their imaginations as they dance along with exciting musical favorites choreographed to be fun for any age.  With their hearts pumping and imaginations active, students are excited to focus on staying healthy and developing character.  Along with physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle, this program focuses on important values to help students grow into strong and mature adults, including:  responsibility, trustworthiness, reliability, respect, caring, fairness, and citizenship. 

Before the show begins, students enter the assembly with energetic and fun background music.  The program begins with a STOMP STOMP CLAP, STOMP STOMP CLAP, and students are instantly up on their feet!   After a fun and friendly “dance-off” to capture attention and inspire a small lesson of sportsmanship, students are guided through easy to follow choreography that emphasizes physical fitness.  At times, different lessons about character are incorporated with simple magic tricks and verbal demonstrations. 

Scream and Shout – Kidz with Character is 45 minutes of fun, high-energy excitement that will leave your students motivated to become strong, healthy, caring and happy young adults.  Students will leave this program with smiles on their faces, not even realizing they’ve just had a 45-minutes cardio workout AND an inspiring lesson on becoming better people.

G was wonderful with the kids!   He adapted his show for 3 1/2 year olds,  which is no easy task!  All of the children- ages 3 1/2-6 totally had a blast!  G had the counselors and the children up and moving and grooving. The show was great.  The message was meaningful and tied in perfectly with our characater education themes throughout the year.  It was presented in a kid friendly way and the music, dancing, and stage effects were fun and lively.  The kids and staff liked it very much . Catholic Schools Week opened on Monday January 31st. It is a big deal and as Educational Committee Chair of the Home and School Association, I wanted to find the perfect assembly to kick off the week to a special start. Finding an assembly is  usually the  luck of the straw with a telephone interview. However, with  Mike Smith the entertainer of 'Scream and Shout' production, we found this to be one of the best assemblies we ever had. We  had rave reviews from the teachers and students alike. Our Principal and I were impressed with his ability to capture 375 childrens attention from grades k through 8th, somehow managing to engage the 8th grade boys. From the moment it began until its conclusion every emotion was used. From out right laughter, dancing, clapping, and singing to intense learning, participation on sensitive subjects of bullying, caring, popularity, dependablity, reliability,  strength and citizenship. He used many props, magic, and his own unique personality  to 'fit' in with each of us. We highly recommend this assembly to any school!

Mr G did a great job of entertaining the students with his music and crowd participation. Along with the fun, the message was very clear and to the point. He touched on character counts and making good choices, to go along with Red Ribbon Week. It's a giant hit with the students!  Even some of the teachsers and staff commented on how great the show was.  having it in the morning was not a disruption to the class environment at all.  The students went right to work and there were no problems with getting them to calm down to complete their day.

I just wanted to take a moment to tell you thanks for the awesome character presentation on this past Friday, October 22nd.  The students loved it the teachers loved it.  I was stopped several time by students asking me if you were coming back again.  The word most used to describe what the students saw was “TOTALLY AWESOME”.  One student came to me and stated that when you pulled out the flag from your hat and talked about how they were needed to help make change she said she cried.  Did I say she was a third grader?  You really met the children where they are.  Thanks again and continued success as you share such a wonderful, inspiring and FUN message.

I was reluctant at first based on the grade level, but the kids LOVED it.   The amount of time devoted to the "education" and the "fun" were very well balanced and well received by our students.  We had 450 students in an auditorium setting (which was a new venue for him) and Mike worked with us to streamline the program to all our needs.  He did a fabulous job.
