Highly Motivational Multi-Media Assemblies on Three Large Screens

Age Range: K-12

Three large screens are assembled together to create a 43-foot wide video wall that utilizes state-of-the-art sound and video projection to captivate the attention and imagination of students. Music and movie action draws them in as they absorb moving stories that show how people can make a positive difference now to avoid dangerous and destructive choices as they grow older. 3 Screens assemblies connect with students in a way that is interesting to them!

Choose from FOUR dynamic presentations:

1. Me at My Best - An inspirational program for grades K-6 (available for 2010/11)
New!  Coming Soon for Grades K-6: “Me at My Best” (2010/11)

Fun movie clips and great music grabs the attention of students as they get in to this colorful, fast-paced presentation.   “Me at My Best” is focused discovering what is inside of each of us that makes be our best. Think about this:  A fish is at its best when…A bird is at its best when…A horse is at its best when…But what about: “I” am at my best when…?

Many great ideas and behaviors can come from one BIG idea.  NOW, think about: I am at my best when… I respect others….I am at my best when…I am kind to others…I am at my best when…I help others. The ONE BIG IDEA is:  I am at my best when…I get that it’s not all about me!

Interviews with REAL KIDS who have grasped this important idea expand upon concepts to inspire audiences to do the same.  Students are motivated to use their unique, individual abilities in constructive ways!

2. Expect Good Things - An inspirational program for grades K-6

As this exciting assembly program unfolds, students learn:

  • Politeness is more than just “good manners”.
  • Good traits like honesty come from thinking of others.
  • Remembering to be grateful always makes things better.
  • The greatest achievements are those that help others.

Students will see and hear:  Movie characters they know and love including the fun and colorful cars of the award-winning Auto B Good character education series.  They will also see music artists like Avril Lavigne and Vanessa Carlton.
Audiences are also inspired by stories about amazing kids who are doing good things now!

Students also learn:  There is nothing wrong with expecting good results from good effort, or even expecting good things at special times such as birthdays and holidays. The problem with expectations occurs when we expect to get what we want no matter how we act or even when it might hurt someone else. This can be called “center of the universe behavior”, and it will always result in big problems. So…Instead of always expecting good things for ourselves, we can learn to always expect good things from ourselves.

3. Images and Mirages - A motivational program for grades 7-12
Recently added for grades 7-12!  Schedule NOW for 2010/2011!

“Images and Mirages” is attention-grabbing and dynamic.  Movie and sports clips create energy throughout the entire presentation.  Featured musicians include: Weezer, Silversun Pickups, Paramor, Flylear, Carolina Liar, Foo Fighters, MU330 and Flobots.  Students also see real-life teens sharing what they learned from suffering the consequences of: eating disorders, steroid use, drug use, alcohol poisoning, and drunk driving.  Several stories illustrate life choices that transcend “images and mirages”:  A quadriplegic teen with an incredible attitude, and a former Miss Virginia who risks her self-image for kids with cancer.

The ideas emphasized in this presentation are: “Images” and “Mirages”.  The first concept is:  “I have an image to maintain.” Emotional energy is spent on upholding or changing our self-image.  We should care about our image, but sometimes we can care too much.   Caring about our image becomes a problem when more attention is given to what other people think we are than to what we want to be.

The second concept is: “Mirages maintain images.”  In our over attention to what other people think, we can make life-changing and even self-destructive choices; choices we wouldn’t make if we didn’t want to look better for someone else.  For example: a girl starves herself to look like a model, a boy takes steroids to look bigger, and a girl smokes, drinks, or takes drugs to look cool.   Those examples are mirages. They seem like ways to make your life better. They look real. They look good. It’s like the water mirage you see in the road. It looks real. It even reflects things that are real. But when you get to where it appeared to be, it’s nothing at all-- or not at all what it appeared to be.

4. SHOUT! - An inspirational program for grades K-6

Kids sometimes feel as if life is a game of chance. Every day you wake up and roll the dice to see where you might land. If you land on the right space, you'll have a great day. If not, things can be grim. Once you see where you will land, you want to shout. Will it be a shout of triumph or one of agony?

In this dynamic presentation, students learn:

  • How to respond to a bully
  • Constructive ways to view differences
  • That they can do amazing things

They will see and hear:

  • Movie characters like Shrek
  • Music artists like Backstreet Boys and Destiny's Child

This fun and colorful program will inspire your kids to believe that they can make a difference, no matter what they come up against. Their lives will be changed by stories about amazing kids who are making a difference now!

The 3-screen production entitled "Jigsaw" kept our kids' attention the entire time that it was running. I had a number of students and staff stop and comment on it in a positive manner. It tied in particularly well with our "Red Ribbon" week and the other activities that we did during the week.
